Individual Records
3/1: Tancredi Advances To Atlantic City
Mike Tancredi earned a trip to the NJSIAA Tournament in Atlantic City with a 2nd place finish at the Region 6 Tournament. Tancredi, who was defeated by Zac Coulas of Ocean in the finals, earned his 2nd Region medal in as many years. He was a 4th place finisher in 2007.
Junior teammates Frank Labrusciano and Dave Janssen fell short in their bids for a trip to Atlantic City. Labrusciano finished in 4th place in the loaded 125 pound weight class, while Janssen was one win away from a medal at 215 pounds.
For the year, Labrusciano finished with a 35-7 record and won the Mustang Classic and earned a 2nd place medal at Districts, and a 3rd place medal at the Big 12 Tournament.
Janssen was 26-7 on the year and was the District 23 Champion at 215 pounds.

3/1: Tancredi Advances To Atlantic City
Mike Tancredi earned a trip to the NJSIAA Tournament in Atlantic City with a 2nd place finish at the Region 6 Tournament. Tancredi, who was defeated by Zac Coulas of Ocean in the finals, earned his 2nd Region medal in as many years. He was a 4th place finisher in 2007.
Junior teammates Frank Labrusciano and Dave Janssen fell short in their bids for a trip to Atlantic City. Labrusciano finished in 4th place in the loaded 125 pound weight class, while Janssen was one win away from a medal at 215 pounds.
For the year, Labrusciano finished with a 35-7 record and won the Mustang Classic and earned a 2nd place medal at Districts, and a 3rd place medal at the Big 12 Tournament.
Janssen was 26-7 on the year and was the District 23 Champion at 215 pounds.
